We want you to be confident in your purchase.

For Self-Paced Courses & Templates:

• Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. However, we offer previews and detailed descriptions to help you decide.
• If you encounter any technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them promptly.

For Live Courses:

• If you cancel your registration at least 5 days before the course starts, you’re eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations within 5 days, partial refunds or credits may apply based on review.

For Books & Physical Deliveries (if applicable):

• Damaged or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
