• Live course registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 5 days before the course start date.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days if eligible.

7. Course & Access Duration

• Live courses are conducted as per schedule. Recordings (if included) are made available for limited access.
• Self-paced courses offer access for a specified duration (e.g., 3–12 months), noted at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to update or retire course content as needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide educational content and tools to support learning and decision-making. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.
We are not liable for:
